What
do you like best about Rx Advantage, Inc.?
Their
flexibility and customer service is great. RxAdvantage has worked very
hard to accommodate
our needs. When working with previous pharmacies we could only have routine
medications dispensed in a 30-day supply, Rx Advantage dispenses our
routine medications
on a cycle that works for our facility. This has been very helpful for
us.
What
are nurses saying about the Advantage Pac?
Our
nurses bought into the Advantage Pac method before we ever officially
made the switch. Members of the Rx Advantage team made a
presentation to our nursing staff to demonstrate how easy it is to use
the Advantage Pac, and this went a long way in
helping to get their buy-in. Our nursing staff was very excited about
the Advantage Pac, even prior to the first medpass.
The
cost-effectiveness of the Advantage Pac was a big factor in our
decision, but it was the enthusiasm of the nurses that really
sealed the deal.
How has Rx Advantage, Inc. enhanced your bottom line?
Using
Rx Advantage and the Advantage Pac is very cost effective. We are
primarily a private-pay facility and the response to the
Advantage Pac – from a billing standpoint- has been very
positive with both patients and family members.
Would you recommend Rx Advantage, Inc., to a peer or other facility?
Yes!
Rx Advantage works closely with their clients to find out what their
needs are and works to find the best solution. RxAdvantage
is willing to tailor services to meet the needs of their customers. I have also
been very happy with their customer service. They work very hard to
make sure that all of our needs and concerns
are being taken care of in a timely manner. The Advantage Pac is a
great concept. All of the information you need is
printed directly on the package. The patient’s name,
medication,
a description of the medication, and the time of administration are all
printed directly on the package. This makes it very easy for nurses to
verify that the right patient is receiving
the
right medication at the right time.
